I want to thank you for your quick
response to our urgent call on Christmas Eve. Because of the
holiday your plumbers couldn't get started until the day after
the holiday, as would be expected. When they did get started
they worked with an efficiency that was remarkable considering
such cold weather. I wish to thank the two young men who helped
us by installing the submersible pump with the efficiency that
is only found with the best of professionals. Shaffer Plumbing
Inc, certainly warrants it's good reputation. They not only performed
a first class job but they were considerate and polite which
are two characteristics that are sorely lacking in our society
today. I am sincerely appreciative of their effort. They are
to be commended.
